Simon Smith. A long serving teacher at Sweyne Park School in Rayleigh, now part of the senior leadership taking on responsibilities for Finance, Contracts, Premises, Community and Governance. Originally as a design and technology teacher, the experience makes him well placed to have an insight into the impact of management decisions on the quality of teaching and learning particularly from a Premises viewpoint. Particular projects have developed the quality of classroom acoustics to world class standards.
